Our Journey

Corner Peak Property is an independent, locally owned property management business founded and operated by Max.

After relocating with his young family to the Upper Clutha region, Max set out to build a property management company that reflected his professional background in business improvement, project management, and operational excellence. His vision was simple: combine structured systems with genuine personal service to give property owners confidence that their investment is being managed with care, transparency, and attention to detail.

Specialising in not only long term, but short term, holiday and boutique management of properties across Wanaka, Albert Town, Lake Hāwea, Luggate, and the surrounding areas, Corner Peak Property offers clients a direct relationship with the person managing their home. From tenant selection and routine inspections to maintenance coordination and ongoing communication.
